"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

GA only reports page activity, so you are not going to find any direct help there.  However you could compare the list of pages with traffic in GA to you sitemap, and any that are on the sitemap but not in the GA listing would be what has not bee accessed.

For the future you might want to add a last accessed date or hit count in your data base to keep track of it internally.

I think you can output any of the reports to excel.  Then create an excel sheet of all your pages and match up.  Keep in mind that google analytics shows any page served with google analytics code.   If you have server stats, I would also compare that as those will show you anything requested (regardless if the page is there or not).
