Domain Trusts & DNS Conditional Forwarding
Hi Experts,
I hope you can help me with an issue we are having.
We are attempting to setup a domain trust between two domains. I have set up conditional forwarding for both domains, which validate successfully
However the domain trust only validates at Domain B's end. Domain A fails every time
Domain A has two AD servers, one in one office, the other in another and local to domain B
Upon further investigate i found that the AD server for domain A that is local to B can resolve DNS queries, but the other cannot.
Since the other is the primary and holds most of the roles, i believe this is why validation fails at domain A's end
I've checked the firewalls at both sites but i cant see anything being blocked and i can even ping the server ips
