MatworX call log

I need to print a call log from a PBX using MatworX version 13.  Someone called 911 from a phone somewhere in the building and we need to know which extension the call originated to help out the local authorities.

Thanks,
Jerry

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi, MatworX doesn't do SMDR (simple message detail recording) you need a separate computer for that. MatworX just handles the programming interface for you.

Please see this link explaining how to get SMDR working.
http://www.necpbx.co.uk/2000-ips-general-system-programming/69-smdr-call-logging-for-the-nec-2000-ips

You'll also need some kind of SMDR translator like http://www.aggsoft.com/pbx/nec-neax2000-ips.htm or something like it running on the SMDR terminal/computer.
