Outlook 2010 colored folders

Our users are opening in Outlook few exchange mailboxes in one profile. Each mailbox has many folders (not only standard ones). we need some tool that will give us possibility to mark in some other color some folder in some mailbox (to make folders to be faster and easier found in the list).
