We recently migrated to a Cisco VoIP system. We have mostly Cisco 6921 phones throughout the building.
I've noticed that, unlike our old (Toshiba) phone system, when someone is listening to a voicemail, the Caller ID of the person leaving the voicemail does not display on screen during the call.
This is rather inconvenient and upper management is pressing me for a resolution to this issue.
I've got full access to Unity so hit me with your best shot - can't find any documentation at Cisco but I'm not very adept at searching their KB yet. Seems like there has to be a way to do this - not really an advanced feature.
