PBX connectivity with Cisco

I have PBX with interface type TTC2M J1. I want to connect this interface to Cisco 2811 router.
Would like to check if this will work to connect TTC2M J1 to VMIC2-2MFT T1/E1 interface.
If so how it is possible & what protocols are used for the communication.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You'd probably be better with a J1 to T1 adapter for that VMIC2-2MFT T1/E1 card.

You'll have to check Cisco's site to see if J1 cards are still supported on the 2811s.
Just following up.

Again, not sure if this will work but this site has the NM-HDV2-2T1/E1, and its supported on the 2811. The link goes on to say it supports a VIC-1J1 card. You'll need 2 PVDM2-64 on the NM-HDV2 in order to support the J1 voice card.

Here's the end of life notice on those J1 cards.
