Exchange upgrade

HI Experts,
we are using exchange 2010 service pack with 5 servers .2 hub and cas with NLB and three mailbox server in Dag.
we want to upgrade the service pack3 on all servers .Is it possible a direct upgrade or any order is required

When installing SP 3 on Exchange 2010 you should upgrade the server roles in the following order.

Client Access

Hub Transport

Unified Messaging

Mailbox

Edge Transport

Yes you can upgrade directory exchange sp1 to sp3. There is issue.
