Terminal Server 2008 user

I have a terminal server user and he log terminal server on then his windows 7 screen comes out on the TS. i did erased his profile from TS and domain controller but still the same error.

i have a TS windows 2008. one of my user has a LAptop windows 7 and log TS on ,then Terminal session shows his windows 7 (all programs on the laptop) desktop.

Okay, I see.

Have you checked to see that there is no any performance issue with your Server? Check the resources being used on your server.

Can you RDP to the server on another PC/laptop or different user?

I have encountered this in the past, the issue was resolved by rebooting the server.
