Excel Doc Will Not Open in SharePoint 2010 Library

I have an Excel spreadsheet in a SharePoint document library.

Up until now the spreadsheet opened fine but when I attempt to open it now I get the following error message...

"This workbook cannot be opened because it is not stored in an Excel Services Application trusted location."

What can be done to resolve this?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

According to this article I found, you need to do the following to resolve that problem:

1.Goto into Central Administration --> Manage service applications.
2.Click on Excel services Application.
3.Then click on Trusted file locations
4.You can see that http:// is already there, so you could just add https:// or put in a url
    to a specific location
5.Fill in the boxes and also ticked the trust children box.

Or...

if you know the trusted locations, move the document to a trusted location (if the current location cannot be made a trusted location).
