Locating Share Point Servers in our environment

I am currently working on a project to locate all SharePoint servers that are on the network in a particular environment.  We have nearly 500 servers and in the past departments have spun up various servers including standalone as well as small farms of SharePoint servers.  There is an effort underway to consolidate these SharePoint sites.  I am trying to come up with a plan to identify all servers on the network that have SharePoint installed.   There are very few management and inventory tools in place, so relying on them is not currently possible.   We do have WSUS, but we are not confident that all of servers are included on the WSUS server config.

Any ideas?

You can use this

IT will search your network servers to find a service

You can setup a script to run against all your servers then pipe a report so you can see what is the out come.
