Customer relationship management (CRM) & Microsoft Exchange Solutions.

I would like to know what is benefits to have a hosting exchange solutions and a Microsoft Dynamic CRM Hosting on the same location, I mean with the same provider.

Can I host my exchange server with different provider and my Micorosft Dynamic CRM with another differenet provider.   How they can link the CRM into outlook ???

Yes. Location is not much an issue w.r.t. CRM and Exchange. As long as your host is able to right ports and required IPs. Latency between CRM and Exchange is not that critical(IMO). I can explain if you need clarification.

I only see support challenge with having multiple vendors. I suggest to keep it with one vendor, so you can get good support during an issue.

I was wondering if you are already using outlook your users can use outlook to send  and receive mails.  Also if your CRM provider has configured it properly you can use outlook without any issues.
