Outlook 2013 Crashes

Have a client with Outlook 2013 connected to SBS2008. All was OK, but now when the user tries to send an e-mail to internal addresses Outlook crashes/ closes immediately.

Any ideas / Suggestions?

I did create a new profile, but still happening. Also deleted all add ins.

Press Win Key and R then type outlook.exe /safe  .

Yes will be back onsite Monday (tomorrow). Client shut his machine off so I cannot access it.

Yes. I deleted the existing profile, re-created it and it was OK
