Exchange (2010) Public Folder Contacts That Auto Sync to Personal Contacts

Is there a way to maintain a set of contacts in a Exchange Public Folder that when copied to people's personal mailbox contacts, auto updates whenever information in the Exchange Public Folder contact is changed (i.e. e-mail address, phone number, etc.)?
