Exchange 2013 - Distribution group owner to add/remove members

We recently moved from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013 - CU2 and now our users can no longer add/remove members of existing distribution groups that they are owners of and could do so previously. I added the user as Owner into the Distribution Group - Ownership and they still cannot do so. Clearly I'm looking in the wrong place or have missed something.

Remove the owner, or set someone else as the owner in ADUC.
Wait about an hour for it to replicate, then set it back, again in ADUC.

That should force it.

If that fails, then check the Permissions to see if the user is listed at all.

Got it taken care of. Just because a user is assigned as the Owner for a Distribution Group does not automatically allow them to modify members like it would with Exchange 2007. You must create a User Role and select "MyDistributionGroups" as one of the choices. After that any user that is assigned ownership can modify the group.

Can be done from ECP or powershell.
