Windows 2012 OS Install to Poweredge R620 - A required device driver is missing error

I am driving myself crazy trying to install windows 2012 Server Standard to a Dell PowerEdge R620 server.

Everytime I click "install" to star the OS install I get this error:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2755139/en-us

I have tried downloading the media again, burning at different speeds to multiple CD / DVD brands all resulting in the same error.

I have tried using a USB DVD to install & all with the same error.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
THank you.

Did you check for a firmware or BIOS update?  Try the disk in a different junk server or PC and see if you can get past the error.

you need to use the lifecycle controller (F10 during post) to do the installation; it will provide the drivers needed for Windows

Dead on.  Thank you.
actually, premature .  The lifecycle completed, rebooted.  I pressed any key to boot from cd/dvd & back to same error . . . ?

Any thoughts?
Thank you.
if you have the iso image, you can mount it instead of using usb/optical media
I downloaded the iso from the vlk site. I have one power edge server doing this whn installing 2008 server and one installing 2012 server.  There must be some means of installing properly from cd or dvd?
if you are having issues with the media or if there is a problem with the drive then this is an alternate solution

i've done numerous power edge server builds using the drac/life cycle controller with an iso image and works perfectly
I hear you.  It just drives me crazy meaning I feel like I am dooing something wrong.

Still going crazy, I have downloaded the iso multiple times, burned it to various cd /dvd's using different pc's and apps all with the same error be it through lifecycle os deployment or otherwise.

Some days I cannot believe how much time seemingly simple operations take.  It is just never easy.
It is the only 2012  Iso have.  It has been downloaded to 2 different pc's 6x direct from the vlk site.
7th time is the charm
  It was the iso.
Thank you.
It did prove to be the media.  I burned that image 1/2 dozen times on various media.  Finally I deleted all downloaded images, started over again & burned to brand name DVD & all was well.  Thank you!
Thank you very much.
