Cisco Small Business Layer 3 Switch SG300 - Routing question

I've got an SG300 and want it to route between VLANs. My test environment:

IPv4 ACE is Permit Any Any, bound to both interfaces. I've tried binding to ports and LAGs.

the route shows up as local. doesn't show up.

I can't ping devices on either side. I can connect easily from the Management VLAN but that's the only traffic. I'm not sure what I'm missing. It does have an IOS-like interface but I can't ip route to a VLAN name like on a Catalyst L3 switch.

Have you confirmed the vlan 5 interface is up. They should both show as local routes.

It wasn't showing because I wasn't plugged in. I've verified it shows when there's a device plugged into that port.

Due to the timeliness of the issue, I called Cisco support and they resolved it by accessing the command line and configuring the VLAN's on the correct subnets. The GUI was a little confusing for me.
