"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This tells you how to do it in IE 7 (I hope it works for 9)
Go to the menu bar at the top, click on "View," then "Text Size" then select a size like "Larger" or "Largest" (something higher than what you're currently set to.) Now when you print your print will come out bigger too. Then you can change it back for viewing.
I can't find a solution for chrome

Perhaps you could do something with the printer using landscape and some magnification/page size option.
as part of the printer properties button of the printer dialog box, you may be able to change the "scaling" option to make it fit to a particular size.
