Acer, AOC, LG, and Samsung all make good monitors.  I might buy this one: http://www.elara.ie/productdetail.aspx?productcode=HKVLG22EA53VQ

I love my monitor for the very reason it is gentle on the eyes, anti glare, but you can adjust the brightness and contrast on the actual monitor, windows 7 and 8  also has the
magnifier
Windows 7 magnifier
W8 magnifier

Samsung Syncmaster magic digital (LED) I personally would not use LCD Plasma Screens
LED is better back lit  here's mine, but mine is 26 inch or 60cm

I pick this from your link LED Samsung

The BenQ gets my thumbs up as well LED good size and good reputation.

square is nolonger available as analog has gone out you're stuck with rectangle flat screens
A closer look at the SyncMaster 730B

You could consider a Samsung  digital flat screen TV  add a TV antenna and switch from computer screen to TV

The best way to buy monitors  / TV's for PC is to go in to the store and see it in action.

Hope it helps, sorry can't help you the Euro I'm in Australia dollars
I look at the warranty. 1-2 years or more? most have around 1 year you can pay a few more dollars/euro and get 3 years
 best buck for your money
