Was wondering if there is anything out there free/inexpensive that can do things such as the following.<br />

1 - Monitor installed software and/or alert when new software is installed<br />
2 - Monitor what software isn't installed (such as AntiVirus).<br />
3 - Handle rolling out simple software or updating simple software such as Adobe Reader, Java, Adobe Flash<br />
4 - Handle blocking updates such as Java, etc.<br />
