I've read some of the emails about suggestions for help desk software, but they seem to be mostly for larger organizations. We are a local government with 2 domains, and about 200 users. We are looking for a help desk solution. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles. Mostly just logging service calls, assigning them, etc. We would like something that users can enter a call themselves, and a mobile app would be great. AD integration would be a must also.
Anyone have any suggestions?
