Configuring a CISCO SG300-28 Managed Switch

I have a cisco sg300-28 managed switch.  I purchased the switch for the main purpose of the ability to configure the QoS to give the server and 1 or 2 workstations priority because of database performance.   For the most part, I guess it's working well for that.

I'm wondering if it is possible to use this switch to configure one particular workstation for one or more of the following;

Restrict certain URL's (streaming audio sites, facebook, etc...)
Configure the bandwidth down "really small"
configure either of the above based on time of day.

I'm thinking some features such as this could be done at the ISP's router.... but it is a MICROTIK and seems even more complicated to configure that the CISCO.

Thanks for any help

You won't be able to do any URL restrictions on the switch.  For that you need something like a UTM device.

The Mikrotik router is an absolutely awesome piece of kit.  It is very powerful and the Wikis are great for walk-throughs.  If you have a look through them you'll find a guide for pretty-much anything you need to do.

Thanks, I'll probably be posting another question on the Microtik once I get going on it.
