Blackberry Calendar Sync with Exchange

I have a user that wants their Blackberry to show appointments that are in their Exchange calendar that are a year back. they do not show up on the blackberry. It's hooked up to our BES server.

How can we have older calendar items still show on the Blackberry?

Also try removing the CICAL service books and re-syncing.

This guy claims it fixed it for him (I don't have a blackberry to try it)

Thanks piattnd. those posts don't look like they pertain to BB synched with a BES server. also those options are in older verison of BB software. I think it's an outdated post not pertaining to BB 7.0 or greater software

What version of BES and blackberry OS are you running on your BES/Device? It was my understanding that they were still using service books to control the services (like calendar/message syncing).

7.0 and they still are but the way to get to service books is different in the new versions.
