Outlook 2010 shared mailbox moved folder to top level and can't see but others can in original location

I have 3 users who share a mailbox.  Under the inbox was a folder called compliance.
One user dragged the folder to the top level folder and now she cannot see it anymore, but if she right-clicks on an email has the option to move it to this folder.

The other 2 users still see it under the inbox.

How can I get it back for the user who it went missing on?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If the others can see it, the issue is with the locally cached copy. Either reconfigure the profile or ask her to use OWA instead.

Try opening Outlook with from the Run menu as Outlook.exe /resetnavpane

Otherwise, you might have to recreate the local Outlook Profile.
