Regarding how to resolve bug SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

IN Windows 8 pro with media center, I am getting an error SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. The system is booting in safe mode, but gives this "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" in all other recovery option modes.

Even system restore is not working and I tried system image using o&o third party software, but after restoring the image, I am getting the same "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" error while booting.

Please help me troubleshoot and resolve this issue or else I have no other option except to refresh windows 8 by which I need to re-install all my applications.

Boot up in Safe Mode to perform this action and then boot up in Safe Mode with Networking to post the dump file.

Uncheck Automatically restart to create Minidump Files:

1.      Press the WinKey + X
2.      Select System
3.      Click Advanced system settings
4.      Under Startup and Recovery select Settings.
5.      Uncheck Automatically restart.
6.      Click on the dropdown arrow under Write debugging information.
7.      Select Small memory dump (64 KB) and the output is %SystemRoot%\Minidump.
8.      Restart the System normally as this will allow the System to Blue Screen with a Stop error code and create a Minidump file.

The location of the Minidump Files can be found here. eg: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini000000-01.dmp

Attach the most recent mindump files to your next post for analysis.
