Veritas volume manager disk diabled question

Hello,

One of the disk was showing as disk failed and hard read error, from storage, it is active.

When you look at define regtion, it shows as Disabled. How can we make it active?

Can you try to rescan, re-enable and post the /var/log/messages?
vxdisk scandisks
vxdctl enable
vxdisk list sde
