PowerPoint 2010 - Pagination on Odd pages only

I'd like to create footer page numbers on odd pages only.
How can I do this?
Page 1, 3, 5, etc.
No page numbers on the footers on even numbered pages.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There's really no straightforward way to do this.

I'd probably make a duplicate layout and drag the page number placeholder off the bottom of the layout. (Or turn it off altogether on that layout in Master view. You can turn off footers on the Slide Master tab of the Ribbon.)

Then I'd apply that layout to all the even numbered pages.
