Create iNotes disclaimer policy

Hi All,

I recently setup a Lotus Notes policy to set the disclaimer based on the users OU.

This works very well, however it's not picked by our iNotes server.

Any ideas how I get iNotes to add the disclaimer to work?

Our iNotes server is version 9;  I found this about older version, which indicate it can be done via a policy;

many thanks

Do I need to restart the server for it to be picked up?

We operate in two different countries, is there a way to have two disclaimers on iNotes?

I've got the disclaimer to work, however several countries use the iNotes server.  Can I set the iNotes server to pick up the disclaimer based on the persons OU?

Ok.  It's now working as expected.  Which suggsts it needs a restart, replication or something I'd missed.

I've created new question to work out how to have the disclaimer only appear once;
