sql server 2012 row locking

Hello,

How can I modify this query for not locking the table :

DELETE FROM TEST WHERE (((PARTITION=@P1) AND (DATAAREAID=@P2)) AND (((REFTABLEID=@P3) AND (REFRECID=@P4)) AND ((((RTION=@P5) OR (RTION=@P6)) OR (RTION=@P7)) OR (RTION=@P8))))

Thanks

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

For clarity I would write it like this:
DELETE FROM TEST
WHERE [PARTITION] = @P1
        AND DATAAREAID = @P2
        AND REFTABLEID = @P3
        AND REFRECID = @P4
        AND RTION IN (@P5, @P6, @P7, @P8)

To avoid locking I would make sure the query on this table as well as any other query on this same table is appropriately indexed.
