Running PowerCli scripts simultaneously in Orchestrator

We have an Orchestrator workbook that is used by different users, started from a web interface they have access to. PowerCli and Powershell are used several times in the execution of the workbook. If several users are running this Orchetrator workbook at the same time, we get the error below:

The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\VMware\PowerCLI\PowerCLI_Settings.xml (file:///C:/ProgramData/VMware/PowerCLI/PowerCLI_Settings.xml)' because it is being used by another process.

Any tips to fix this?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
