Ignore All option not working in Outlook 2013 spell check

For some reason the "ignore all" button isn't working for the spell check in my Outlook 2013

I have the option set that whenever i send an email it automatically forces me to check the spelling.  If i click the ignore all button it acts as if i've just clicked the ignore button.

How do i force it to actually ignore all and just send the email?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Ignore all tells the spell checker to ignore this word and all other occurrences of the SAME WORD, it does not skip the spell check. If you want to abort the spell check then cancel it.
