Configure Firewall ports for Cloud Server

Hi, I'm trying to figure out the firewall configuration for a cloud server.
The problem is that i can access to firewall rules only by a web interface and not command line.
I attach the control panel firewall interface. That's all.
I'm not able to connect the VPS by remote desktop. (I've deleted the rule now)
I've created a rule for the RDP connection, the assistance told me it use the 23383 port. It doesn't work. Same if i use port 3389.
My only choose are:
-That Interface (eth0), network join "Public 46.30.242.x (node-L3)" [I can add more interface.
-COMMAND (Accept or Drop)
That's it.
Any suggestion?

Yeah, that IS ridiculous! You should change hosting providers.

Hi pcss-1,

What type of firewall is it? How are you connecting (e.g. locally, remotely)?

I don't know which type of firewall it is. That's ridiculous. I asked to support and they aren't able to answer me.
Definitely I've quickly changed my Cloud Server Hosting Company.
