Forwarding calls to group of extensions - BCM400

Need to create workflow on BCM 400, when the internal user transfers  a call (a hand off ) to our customer support group (8 extensions), the call should be randomly forwarded to one of these extensions with preferable round robin assignment.
If Round Robin is not possible, so when the call is forwarded all destination extensions should ring.
What would be the best way of doing it?

Sounds like you need to look into Ring/Pickup Groups and Call Queuing.
