Where are my Windows 8 games?

I'm no longer able to find any of the games that were installed on Windows 8.  After someone else tried to remove malware from my computer I cannot find the installed games.  I see the app on the tiles that leads me to the games I can play online and/or download but when clicking on that nothing happens either.

In Windows 7 and prior days I remember an option in Add/Remove programs to add/remove Windows components.  How do I repeat this process?  Thanks in advance.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You have to find the app you want to uninstall and right click on it and choose Uninstall

Your games are still there you just need to restore the links between the Apps and Tiles

Try (in order):

SFC /SCANNOW (run from an elevated command prompt)

or

Restore to an earlier System Retore point

or

Refresh your Windows 8 installation
From PC Settings  click "Get started" under "Refresh your PC without affecting your files"
