I can assume the exchange server is configured to use Integrated Windows authentication?
What browser and version do you use? If it is IE, check "Enable Integrated Windows authentication" is on in Internet Options.
If so, remove cookies and passwords via IE Option, restart IE and then try again.

Hi again,
The logs are piled up with 401.1 and 401.2 which give me the feeling something is not correctly configured on the server.
There are 2 remedies described here, please have a look. (this tries to solve the 401.2)
For the 401.1 either you entered wrong credentials or you could try to enable 'basic authentication' in IIS.
