Import excel data to multiple Access tables

In a separate post I am trying to export data from an Access query. The query has 4 linked tables. How do I import similar excel data into my Access ap when the tables that I am importing into contain linked fields.

How do I select the correct fields in the excel data for the correct tables. Will it automatically only import fields with matching names? or do the columns have to be specified?

Key fields are random number unique fields. Is it possible to specify numbers for these fields?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You  may need to write some VBA code to save the data to the correct tables.

I would import the data into a "staging" table. Add any additional field as needed. Use VBA code and/or queries to clean up the data.  Use VBA code and/or queries to append the dat tot he final tables.
