Integrating Exchange 2010 with Lync Server 2013

We are planning to integrate LYNC 2013 server in our existing Exchange 2010 infrastructure, currently LYNC 2010 is in placed with UC in Exchange 2010. I need to know, if we plan to integrate LYNC 2013 in our exchange 2010 infrastruture what are the dependancy needs to consider. Appreciate if you please privide me any link so that I can follow to proceed further.

So far I have found the following URL where by it is stated that there is no dependancy if we plan to integrate LYNC 2013 with Exchange 2010, but still I need to know in details whether there are any technical depedancies or not, If so, then kindly assist me to know the details.
