SBS 2003 can't connect Windows 8 computer via RWW

Windows 8 Pro computer connected to SBS 2003 (via connectcomputer wizard). I'm unable to access it via RWW.
         Vbscript Remote Desktop Disconnected.
         An internal error has occurred.
The workstation is set to allow connections from any version of RDP.
Server is SBS2003 SP2.
I suspect server update that missing but can't seem to find which.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Both done, doesn't work. All over computers and server in RWW are accessible. I'm going to double-check remote desktop settings and firewall on the Windows 8 computer.

So I had my client look at remote settings, apparently he had gone in and checked the option to Allow connections only from computers running RDP with network level authentication. Unchecking that let's me in.
