MAC server OS Evaluation

I wonder if Apple has MAC server OS Evaluation copy that can be installed as a Virtual Machine in VMware Workstation.

Thank you

I am pretty sure the answer is no. The Apple EULA allows installation of Apple software only on Apple hardware, so unless you were planning on installing on VMWare Fusion running on a Mac, it would not be legal. Also, Server is only a $20 upgrade on the regular OS, so an evaluation copy would not seem to be necessary.

Mac Server OS is an addon to the current version of Mac OS X Mountain Lion.  $19.99

You would need to install Mac OS X Server on VMware Workstation on Apple Mac hardware, otherwise it would be a breach of the Apple EULA.
