Auto run python script on a raspberry pi verB.

I am having trouble getting a scrip to run automatically when the Pi is plugged in.  I have scheduled it with crontan with this line of code.

@reboot python /home/pi/Temp &

Then the first line of code I have in my python script is

#!/usr/bin/python

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Have you check the permission of the script and able to execute 'python /home/pi/Temp' on the terminal?

I am using Wheezy.  I got it figured out by using the upstart script and it is working great.  Starts my app as  a script.
