using AD groups for IIS7 authentication

I have IIS7 running on windows 2008 r2 server.  I want to authenticate users to a web application by using integrated security against an active directory group, eg: user belongs to MyGroup can access the web application, but otherwise cannot.

I also need to carry this over to sql server 2008 authentication, using integrated security=true in the connection string.

any help greatly appreciated.

you should have a reference to you active directory in your application

then at page load capture the user login and pass it to the active directory to check the group also Enable Basic Authentication in IIS, and remove anonymous.
