Vmotion and server backup Window

Hi folks,
I'm planning to migrate bulk VMs using vmotion and then followed by storage vmotion during the outside office hours, however, the backup software might be working on that day backing up the VM using VADP protocol.

Does it conflicting with the server migration ?

Yes, it will, try not to migrate the virtual machines which are being backed-up at that time.

or in this case I will need to disable the backup at that time and then enable it.

I think it would be wise to disable the backup during this window, to avoid conflict with vMotion and Storage vMotion of virtual machines.
