Thank you both, alas Microsoft were no real use - all they suggested was to buy it from a shop. &nbsp;Alas I had no disk for 2010 , so I couldn't try that option. &nbsp;Ended up buying 2013 .

Outlook 2010 is already installed as part of Office 2010 so, I think I'm right in thinking all I need to do is buy a product key.  Any ideas where I can buy one from? - ideally under the same licencing (which is a 3 pc licence).

There seem to be lots of places on the Internet but I need to buy from a reputable source.
