Can you boot into the Safe Mode? Try pressing F8 when the BIOS screen pops up and select Safe Mode from the list. You should be able to login to Windows with Administrator account as it is automatically enabled in Safe Mode. Then you should be able to create a new user and access the machine normally.<br />

I have a new PC with Windows 7. The local administrator account is disabled. The PC used to be in the domain and was accessing it through my domain user account. For a reason, I was disconnected from the domain and I'm not able to access the machine locally?<br />
