CRM 2011, Cannot find any organizations on the server

Hello

I have a PC running Outlook 2010 and CRM 2011 client.

This is configured against a production system with the server url : https://crm.mycompany.com
All working good, but when we try to add another server using the CRM wizard connection to our test enviroment that is : https://crmtest.mycompany.com we get the error message : "Cannot find any organizations on the server. Try entering the URL again if the problem persists, contact your system administrator."

Strange thing is if we remove the production connection https://crm.mycompany.com connection in the connection wizard and add the https://crmtest.mycompany.com we get to connect without errors.

Any ideas ?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
