I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Why not just do this manually?
It would help if you posted an example workbook.

I'll be happy to help, but first can you tell me approximately how many rows of data we're dealing with? Also would it be possible for you to either attach the workbook or but together a sample workbook with a few lines of data?

You don't have a Sheet2 in the attached workbook. Is it Sheet3?

In order for me to provide you with a solution I need to know what sheet2 will look like. In other words where will the keywords be? In a particular column? If so will the be one or more heading rows?
