Doubts about sql-plus format

Hi experts,
I have a doubt in using the column format in sql-plus.
To doing:
select DISTINCT LPAD(regexp_substr(pointnumber/10000,'^[^,]*'),3,0) "estacion",
       substr(tag, 0,3) "nombre"
FROM xpuntos;

with Toad Tools, I see:
estacion|nombre
001|PSM
002|SLO
003|REF
004|PUN

but when I executing the same query in sql-plus, I see:
est nom
--- ---
1.0 PSM
2.0 SLO
3.0 REF
4.0 PUN

The column 'est' have a bad format.
What should I add or change the format in sql-plus?

Thank you very much!
xpuntos.sql
insert-xpuntos.sql

To use column formatting in sqlplus:
col estacion form 009

or just use to_char in the select:
select to_char(LPAD(regexp_substr(pointnumber/10000,'^[^,]*'),3,0),'009') ...
