Xerox 8830 Windows 7 64-bit drivers
Trying to get a Xerox Plotter installed on a Windows 7 64-bit machine. I have read around that the Xerox 510 Wide Format drivers will work. I've downloaded the driver installation package for the 510 series, ran the installation, but when I try to send a print job to the printer, it will fail after about 10-15 seconds. I've tried the HSGL and PS drivers and get the same result with either set.
Has anyone else managed to come across this problem and figured out a way to get it to work.

did you try the 64 bit driver from http://www.support.xerox.com/support/xerox-8830-printer/downloads/enus.html?associatedProduct=accxes-controller-serial-number-cng&operatingSystem=win7x64
or even the Global Driver set, which will give you PCL/PCL6/PS drivers that work with just about any printer, including legacy Xerox and non-Xerox.
