iTunes Apps Gone Missing

I am no expert at iTunes.

In my iTunes "Purchase History" I can see the name, price and date of purchase of about 10 apps.

However, see attached screen ... which should show all my apps.  However, NOT ONE SINGLE App is shown.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

When was the last time you backed up your iphone?

In settings icloud then storage & backup what backup setting do you have?

When Iphone is not plugged in do you see all your apps?

You would need to sync your iphone in iTunes.

Right-click on "Odea's iPhone" then click on "Transfer purchases"

Thanks Geisrud,

That's sorted my apps out.

I also have music that is NOT on my new Iphone.

In iTunes, (while my phone is connected), I clicked to "Sync" my entire music Library.
However, NONE of my music got transferred.   I did get three free promotional songs.

Any thoughts as to how I get my music?
Joe RudSystems AdministratorCommented:
Make sure the songs are in the music library.

I usually sync specific songs by drag-and-dropping them from the music library directly on the phone in the left column.

For syncing the entire music library, did you click the "Sync" button in the bottom-right corner?

Thanks, I have got things sorted now.

The matter was complicated for me because I was told that all I had to do was simply "plug in my new phone" and iTunes would take care of every thing.  The reality proved more complicated.

Thanks again.
