If we at EE haven't heard of it I'd say it's not mainstream and just another Geek thing.
I took a look at the Geeks reviews, hmm not very good, not that I would use it anyway.
If you want to cleanup your system use your inbuilt disc cleanup tool/followed by uninstalling dead programs and then followed by a defrag.
The disc cleanup will remove temp files and delete the windows thumbnails which can grow huge and slow your system.
Or as suggested by paulsauve inbuilt tools with your current antivirus.
How old is your system may be an indicator of hundreds of programs installed over the years so a regclean may help shrink the size of the registry enough to make the computer perform faster., better still clean install your windows does a fantastic job if it's around 3 years old or more.
May I ask why you want to use a reg cleaner?
Can we help with that?

No. I have not used it.  Then why am I answering your question?

Because: to warn you against using any registry cleaners (and other such tool boxes).

These are not worth your money.

<An opinion only, of course.>

My anti-virus, Norton360, has a built-in registry cleaner and I use it regularly with no problems. I know that Kaspersky also has a built-in registry cleaner as well

A word to the wise - ALWAYS back up the registry before using any new app to clean your registry!
