No projects are found to import

I am using eclipse juno and tomcat to buid some custom tag jsp web applications from internet.

I have downloaded the source code as zip folder to 'C' Drive.(tag.zip)

I opened eclipse then

File--->import---archived file--->browse--->select tag.zip from 'C' drive.

then i am seeng warning at top
' No projects are found to import'

Even at bottom 'Next', 'Finish' Buttons are also disabled.

For some other zip files imprting project and running web application works perfect. Not sure why it is not working for some zip files

Please advise on how to fix it.

Any links resources ideas highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

".project" and ".classpath"
If yes where to add them

These two files should go in your project's folder.
@mccarl, thanks for the concise and polite explanation. I don't have any questions. I just want to state though, that we are all volunteers here (as you already know since you're an expert too). And you know that sometimes we don't have the time to a meticulous answer, this is why we post links. By removing these links you make the question completely useless.
